Marc’s career began at Woodbury University’s School of Architecture. While completing a Bachelor of Architecture, Marc took a position with the nation’s largest commercial builder, leading to several years of employment on one of the company’s largest pharmaceutical projects to date. Through his employment at Turner Construction Company and concomitant architectural studies, Marc gained the knowledge, expertise and passion that led him to found S3 Builders in 2004. Marc is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Building Owners and Managers Association, the American Institute of Architects, and
the Master of Business
Administration Association at Woodbury University. Currently, Marc is an MBA candidate at Woodbury University’s school of Business. Highlighting his career are several articles by the San Fernando Business Journal, featuring articles such as Distinguished Alumni in Business, and the 40 Under 40. As founder and President of S3 Builders, Marc Rapisardi has pioneered the company to what it is today: an organization resolute in principle and relationships. Marc’s vision for advancement and core culture of the organizations is premised on the notion that “passion drives success”.
